I love imagination and quirk in novel, even more so if there are even more intriguing elements added into the mix, which is mostly certainly the case with Aubery Wood’s forthcoming debut book, Bang Bang Bodhisattva, as Gizmodo observes.
If you’re interested in cyberware, sci-fi trans-humanism, and an incredible amount of sassy characters, then you’re going to want to sit down for this book.
They go further in their exclusive cover reveal and excerpt, saying:
Combine the attitude of Gideon the Ninth with the noir pastiche of Archer Dreamland, and you have a pretty good idea about what this book is going to deliver. (Gizmodo)
How brilliantly amazing does that sound?
The answer is VERY, and despite my TBR groaning at the seams, I’ll be placing an order for Bang Bang Bodhisattva, which releases sometime in 2023, just as soon Rebellion Publishing enables it.
