Damn walkers.
Not only is someone leaving dead animals at the prison fence to attract them but now they’re letting them in to the prison.
Either that or the walkers are becoming far more proficient at picking locks.
I am betting on the Governor and his two henchmen, who made their getaway at the end of season 3 after massacring many of the Woodbury faithful and cruelly leaving them to “turn” – it took Rick’s group to put them out of their zombie-fying misery – being behind this deeply unsettling development.
It underlines once again that the prison, though more of a home than ever with vegetable gardens and a more homey feel (if you can call copious amounts of weaponry hanging on fences in easy reach homey), is now less of a sanctuary than a, well, prison.
Time to hit the road again perhaps?
