I have alas never played the game on which this new animated series is based, but good lord, I wish I was the gaming type because this looks like fun!
Still, thankfully it’s now a streaming series and so my rather amateurish at best gaming skills will not be called upon and I can just enjoy what looks like a very silly, quirky, quip-heavy show.
Plus at just 13-minutes or so an episode, bingeing all the episodes is the stuff of a lazy weekend afternoon, perfect when you want some diversion but don’t want to think too much, you just want to be amused.
And amused, I think, is precisely what I’ll be which isn’t bad with the world not exactly a laughfest of epic proportions, or any really, at the moment.
Among Us streams on Paramount+
