has been chosen to star in Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut, How To Catch a Monster …
which also stars Christina Hendricks (Mad Men) …
as a single mother who “is swept into a macabre and dark fantasy underworld when her teenage son discovers a secret road leading to an underwater town.” (from the press release).
Apparently, again from the very helpful press release, “How To Catch a Monster weaves elements of fantasy noir, and suspense into a modern day fairytale.”
Not much more is known at this stage but the film is due in theatres sometime in 2014.
