Brad Bird is one of the best in the animated biz for a reason.
The movies in which he has been involved have it all – great characters, compelling storylines and the kind of resonant and humanity that many live action dramas fail to truly capture.
Such is the high calibre of his work and his gift for stories full of imagination and substance, that excitement levels are super high for Ray Gunn which looks like being one of the best Christmas gifts an animation fan could ask for.
Ray Gunn premieres in cinemas on 3 December in Australia and 4 December in U.S., followed by released on Netflix on 18 December.
