Inside of his book, adventurous Harold (Zachary Levi) can make anything come to life simply by drawing it. After he grows up and draws himself off the book’s pages and into the physical world, Harold finds he has a lot to learn about real life—and that his trusty purple crayon may set off more hilarious hijinks than he thought possible. When the power of unlimited imagination falls into the wrong hands, it will take all of Harold and his friends’ creativity to save both the real world and his own. Harold and the Purple Crayon is directed by veteran animation producer / filmmaker Carlos Saldanha, director of the animated movies Ice Age: The Meltdown, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Rio, Rio 2, and Ferdinand previously, and a co-director on the original Ice Age and Robots movies. The screenplay is written by David Guion & Michael Handelman. Adapted from the beloved Purple Crayon children’s book series written by Crockett Johnson. It’s produced by John Davis. Harold and the Purple Crayon opens 2 August in U.S. and 12 September in Australia.

Ryan Gosling is Colt Seavers, a battle-scarred stuntman who, having left the business a year earlier to focus on both his physical and mental health, is drafted back into service when the star of a mega-budget studio movie—being directed by his ex, Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt)—goes missing. While the film’s ruthless producer (Hannah Waddingham), maneuvers to keep the disappearance of movie star Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) a secret from the studio and the media, Colt performs the film’s most outrageous stunts while trying (with limited success) to charm his way back into Jody’s good graces. But as the mystery around the missing star deepens, Colt will find himself ensnared in a sinister, criminal plot that will push him to the edge of a fall more dangerous than any stunt. The Fall Guy is directed by American stuntman / filmmaker David Leitch, director of the films John Wick, Atomic Blonde, Deadpool 2, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, and Bullet Train previously; he also still works as a stunt coordinator & stuntman. The screenplay is written by Drew Pearce (Iron Man 3, Hobbs & Shaw, Hotel Artemis). Produced by Kelly McCormick and David Leitch for 87North, and by Ryan Gosling and Guymon Casady for Entertainment 360. (courtesy First Showing)

The Fall Guy releases 24 April in Australia and 3 May in U.S.
