To be fair, Alice Ever After is not technically an upcoming read.
The five-part series was released back in April 2022, offering an imaginatively twisted look at what might have happened to Alice upon her return from Wonderland.
It was a fairly trippy experience and that can’t help but affect you and so it does Alice who ends not dealing all that well with the real world upon her return.
The comic series asks whether returning to Wonderland will be her salvation or a one-way ticket to even more suffering in the dreaded asylum.
Somehow this slipped past me last year but will all the issues in one handy volume, now’s the time to see what happened to Alice after the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter and the ingesting of all those weird substances …
